Student of the Year

The J.B. Student of the Year Award Program is designed to recognize outstanding students at our school.  This program, a part of the St. Charles Parish Public School System is patterned after The Teacher of the Year Awards Program.  It is an excellent opportunity to recognize from our school, students who have demonstrated excellent academic achievement, leadership ability, and citizenship.  The Students of the Year Awards Program is sponsored by the Louisiana State Superintendent through the State Department of Education and the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Students who are eligible for the student of the year must meet certain criteria as set forth by the guidelines.  Students are notified by Administration and can begin the process when they have received the information.
