Hi All,
My name is Mrs. Phelan and I have been the librarian here at JB Martin for 11 years. I am currently in my 30th year of teaching and my 27th year at JB Martin. I previously taught math at Hahnville High and JB Martin for a combined total of 18 years before going back to school to obtain my Library Media Specialist certificate.
