Discrimination Statement
St. Charles Parish Public Schools strives to provide a safe school environment that allows all students equal access and opportunities in the district’s academic, extracurricular, and other educational support programs, services, and activities. St. Charles Parish Public Schools prohibits, at any school site or sponsored school activity, discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying, targeted at any student by anyone, based on the student’s actual or perceived race, color, ancestry, national origin, nationality, ethnicity, ethnic group identification, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or gender expression or association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.
In order to participate the student must meet the following requirements:
1. The student must be of legal age; not older than 15 before September 1st.
2. The student must maintain a 1.5 semester average.

3. The student must not have more than one F on previous quarter's report card.
4. The student must have a "C" average in conduct.
5. The student must have a physical and insurance waiver.
6. The student has to attend daily practice and display good sportsmanship at all times.

Physical Information
Physical forms and consent forms must be turned in before a student is allowed to try-out for any sport.
Your child can go to his/her doctor and get a physical. They must get the Middle School physical form from J.B. Martin and have it filled out by their doctor.
The forms can be picked up Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. when school is in session.
Consent Form Information
Consent forms must be signed in the presence of a school employee. The forms are available in the attendance office Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
